What Is a Mixed Tropical Juice Blend?

A mixed tropical juice blend combines two or more tropical fruits into a single beverage product — creating a flavour profile that is more complex, distinctive, and commercially differentiated than any single-fruit juice. For OEM brand owners, blended tropical juices represent one of the highest-opportunity categories in the global juice market: they command retail premiums, have lower raw material risk (multi-fruit sourcing), and allow for exclusive recipe development that competitors cannot easily replicate.

Vietnam’s position as a major cultivator of mango, dragon fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, guava, and coconut gives Interfresh a direct raw material advantage unavailable to manufacturers based in temperate regions. OEM buyers benefit from stable year-round supply, competitive FOB pricing, and a full-service team that handles formulation, sampling, compliance, and export logistics.

🍹 More Distinctive Than Single-Fruit
A unique blend is harder for competitors to copy and supports exclusive brand positioning — especially when paired with a proprietary name and label design.
🌍 Broader Consumer Appeal
Blending softer fruits with bold flavors (e.g. mango + passion fruit) captures consumers who find single-origin flavors too intense or too mild, widening the addressable market per SKU.
📈 Market Trends Supporting Blends
Exotic multi-fruit combinations, reduced-sugar formulations, and functional fruit beverages (with coconut water, aloe vera, basil seeds) are the three fastest-growing segments in the global blended juice category.

Popular Tropical Juice Blend Formulations

The formulations below are proven commercial blends with established demand in the GCC, ASEAN, EU, and African markets. All can be ordered as-is or used as a starting point for a proprietary custom recipe. Fruit ratios, juice content, and sweetness are adjusted per buyer specification during the sampling stage.

🥭🌟 Mango Passion Fruit
Bestseller

Manufacturing Process

Mixed tropical juice blends are produced on automated beverage lines using UHT (Ultra High Temperature) pasteurization and aseptic filling — the same technology used by global beverage brands. This process guarantees food safety, flavour consistency across batches, and the extended shelf life needed for international export.

1
Raw Material Selection
Each fruit variety graded for ripeness, Brix, colour and microbiological quality before intake
2
Fruit Processing & Extraction
Washing, peeling, de-seeding, and juice extraction per fruit type; pulp separated or retained
3
Blend Development
Individual fruit juices blended per approved formula ratios; functional additives incorporated
4
Brix & Acidity Adjustment
Sugar content and pH calibrated to approved specification; in-process lab verification
5
Homogenization
High-pressure homogeniser ensures uniform texture and suspension stability across batches
6
UHT Pasteurization
135–150°C for 2–4 seconds — eliminates pathogens, preserves natural colour and flavour
7
Aseptic Filling
Sterile filling into pre-sterilised packaging — enables 18–24 month ambient shelf life
8
Final Quality Inspection
Microbiological, Brix, pH, colour and seal integrity tests before palletization and loading

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you develop a completely custom tropical juice blend?
Yes — custom blend development is a core OEM service. You provide your target flavour profile, juice content, and market. Our R&D team formulates a blend to your specification, produces a physical sample, and ships it for your approval before any production commitment is made.
What fruits can be included in the formulation?
All fruits grown in Vietnam or sourced locally are available: mango, pineapple, passion fruit, dragon fruit (red and white), guava, orange, lemon, coconut water, and aloe vera. Seasonal availability and pricing are confirmed at the formulation brief stage. Blends of 2–5+ fruits are supported.
Can I create an exclusive recipe for my brand?
Yes. Full IP ownership of your custom formula is transferable to the buyer upon first production order. We sign an NDA at the start of development and will not produce the same formula for any other buyer. Your recipe remains exclusive.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 × 20ft container per SKU. A 20ft FCL holds approximately 1,800–2,200 cartons depending on format and carton configuration. Multi-SKU mixed loading (different blend recipes or sizes) within one container is permitted — each blend SKU is priced separately.
What certifications do you provide?
ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal (GCC and ASEAN recognized bodies), FDA registration, GMP, and SGS inspection support. Certificate copies, COA, and export document packages are provided with every production run.
How long does product development take?
Standard blends using existing formulas: sample production 1–2 weeks, shipping 3–5 days. Custom blend development: 3–4 weeks for formulation, sampling, and revision. After sample approval, production lead time is 15–35 working days. Total from first inquiry to shipped container: 45–75 days for custom blends.
What packaging formats are available?
Aluminum Can (250ml, 320ml, 330ml, 500ml), PET Bottle (350ml, 500ml, 1L), Glass Bottle (250ml, 300ml, 500ml), and Tetra Pak / Aseptic Carton (200ml, 250ml, 1L). All formats support full custom label. Format selection guidance provided based on your target channel and market.
